Reservations:
Book by indicating exactly the type of apartment requested, the
number of people, time and date of arrival, departure date and
time, but complete data for a possible immediate.
Confirmation of reservation:
The reservation is confirmed by basa availability at that
moment, and after paying an advance set depending on the number
of days of accommodation.
Arrival:
Accommodation will be starting at 13.00, for exceptions please
ask when booking.
Departure:
Issue apartment is at 12.00, for exceptions please ask when
booking.
Payment:
Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer, transfer costs
are borne by the customer. Payment is made in advance for any
period of accommodation.
The price of accommodation:
The rental price of apartments is indicated in Euros without
VAT, and calculated in lei at the NBR exchange rate of payment
day. In a stay of more than 30 days give a discount of up to
30%.
Liability Company:
Our company is responsible for the proper functioning of
everything regarding the apartment, except for particular cases
not directly dependent on our management, the lack of
electricity, water, gas, cable TV, elevator, etc. break down in
this case if the problem persists , according to our
possibilities we offer instead a different apartment.
Cleanliness:
Cleaning is performed after starting every client it is very
important to us, linen changed after each client and the request
for longer periods of stay can be changed free.
General information:
Each apartment is equipped with a complete set of linen for each
bed, 2 large towels, a small towel, and the kitchen is fully
equipped to be able to cook, dishes, glasses, cutlery etc.,
cable TV and satellite antenna, air conditioning, telephone and
internet. (On request).
Shipping:
May be transported on demand from and to the airport, the cost
is 20 EUR (return) from 9.00 am to 23.00 pm, 23,000 hours or 30
euros between 09.00 pm and I, depending on our availability.
