Rent a car
For signing the rental agreement are required: an ID card,
driver's license and a bank card.
The customer must be at least 21 years and be the holder of a
valid driver's license with an older than 1 year. If these
conditions are not met, an additional guarantee may be required
to be reimbursed only to return the car in good running and
body, with all the accessories and equipment endowment.
Payment for rental and warranty is made in advance at the
current exchange rate the day of payment.
For reservations guaranteed to be paid in advance an amount
equal to one days of inchirirere, depending on the type of car
rezervat.Daca reservation is canceled, the customer will lose
the deposit.
Guarantee required will be returned to recover the car in good
running and body, with all the accessories and equipment
endowment, as it was taught.
The guarantee will be used for penalties in cases of damage
inside or outside the car (not covered by insurance), theft of
car parts, loss of car documents (100 Euro) or car keys, etc..
Fuel is not included in the price and is in charge of the
client. The car is delivered with full tank to be returned in
good condition. The recovery vehicle for the missing fuel,
stated the board is calculated penalties of 5 USD / liter. Oil
and vehicle maintenance are in charge of the owner.
Delivery and return car is made at the place, date and time
indicated by the client and mentioned in the rental contract.
Delivery and refund can be made in other locations in the
country, with the consent of the owner and based on an agreed
price.
Contract extension can be only with consent of the owner.
In return the car with a delay announced, less three hours
before the time specified in the rental contract, to charge an
additional fee for a half day rental and delays over 3 hours to
charge an additional fee for one days rental.
The damage sustained by the vehicle rented, the client's fault
or unknown author are provided, less an amount - deposit
guarantee - which is in charge clientului.Aceasta amount is
specified in our offer price as collateral.
In case of accident is required to declare the police will find
the damage and will issue a Report of Findings and the Repair
Authorization. These documents are indispensable for the
insurance and vehicle repair. Report to the police is mandatory
in all cases: if you are guilty, if you are a victim, if you are
alone involved, if the responsible part is unknown (eg damage to
car in your absence). Without these documents the customer is
responsible for repair costs.
